All safari and accommodation bookings are subject to availability and are governed by the rules of the Corbett Tiger Reserve Authority. Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable and may be subject to cancellation charges as per government norms.
Guests must carry valid photo ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) during travel and check-in. We are not responsible for any cancellation due to weather, forest department restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable permits, entry fees, and guide charges unless stated otherwise. Any changes in forest rules or tariffs will be applied accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Using this website implies your acceptance of these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Services
We are a private travel agency facilitating safari bookings, forest lodge stays, and related travel arrangements in Jim Corbett National Park. All bookings are subject to availability and applicable park regulations.
3. Risk & Weather Conditions
Bookings made during the monsoon season (June 1 – Nov 14) are tentative and may be canceled due to adverse weather or forest department regulations. No refunds are guaranteed in such cases.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours of booking.
- No cancellations allowed on same-day or festive/holiday bookings.
- 14+ days before arrival: Full refund.
- Within 14 days: 40% charge applies.
- No-shows: 100% charge applies.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Confirmed Jeep, Canter, and Elephant Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No rescheduling is permitted once confirmed.
6. Price Adjustments
Any increase in permit charges, taxes, or entry fees by the forest department or government authorities will be passed on to the customer as extra cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses, delays, damages, or inconvenience caused by natural events, third parties, or government decisions. All bookings are at the traveler’s own risk.
